This page explains how to contact Thoth.School and what information to include when submitting an inquiry. It is intended to help learners, parents, guardians, reviewers, providers, partners, and stakeholders reach the appropriate response route.
Contact requests may relate to course pathways, learning-advisor discussions, parent/guardian questions, safeguarding concerns, complaints, privacy, accessibility, technology access, provider-status clarification, external-provider review, or institutional partnership.
Contact requests should be clear, respectful, and specific. When submitting an inquiry, include enough information for Thoth.School to understand the issue and respond appropriately.
Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information, passwords, identity documents, medical information, financial information, private family information, employer/client confidential information, or learner data unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
Prospective learners, parents, guardians, schools, and organizations may contact admissions@thoth.school to ask about available learning pathways, learner readiness, technology requirements, age appropriateness, school-age learner support, adult professional programs, or future course catalog information.
To help Thoth.School respond, include the learner’s general age group, learning goal, current technology background, preferred pathway area, and whether the inquiry relates to school-age learning, adult professional development, or organizational training.
Learning-advisor requests may be sent to advising@thoth.school. A learning-advisor discussion may help clarify which pathway is suitable for a learner or organization.
Learning-advisor communication is informational and does not create external provider approval, examination entry, certification registration, employment guarantee, business guarantee, or admission into any external provider pathway unless such status is separately confirmed.
Parents and guardians may contact parents@thoth.school with questions about school-age learner support, online learning routines, safeguarding, eSafety, technology requirements, academic integrity, AI use, privacy, accessibility, progress support, or provider-status clarity.
Parent/guardian inquiries should include the learner’s general age group, pathway of interest, question or concern, and any relevant context needed to understand the request.
Safeguarding concerns should be sent to safeguarding@thoth.school. Concerns may involve learner safety, inappropriate communication, bullying, harassment, privacy issues, unsafe online behavior, suspicious contact, learner distress, account misuse, or conduct that may affect a school-age learner’s wellbeing.
Thoth.School is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate risk of serious harm, danger, exploitation, abuse, violence, self-harm, or urgent safety threat, contact the appropriate local emergency, child protection, law enforcement, or safeguarding authority for the learner’s location. Thoth.School should also be informed when the concern relates to platform activity, course communication, learner participation, or academy-controlled learning spaces.
Formal complaints should be sent to complaints@thoth.school and should follow the Complaints Procedure. This may include concerns about learning support, communication, conduct, safeguarding, privacy, accessibility, technology access, provider-status clarity, course information, or operational handling.
A useful complaint should include the course or page involved, date and time where known, a clear description of the issue, supporting evidence where appropriate, and the outcome or review requested.
Privacy-related questions should be sent to privacy@thoth.school. These may involve learner data, parent/guardian information, platform accounts, submissions, communications, AI-tool privacy, data retention, correction of information, or suspected misuse of personal data.
When raising a privacy concern, include the type of information involved, the course or page if relevant, the date and time where known, and any immediate risk. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in the first contact message.
Accessibility and language-support requests should be sent to accessibility@thoth.school. These may involve accessibility, usability, language clarification, technology access, learning-support needs, or practical participation barriers.
Include the course or pathway involved, the barrier experienced, the device or browser used if relevant, and the type of support or clarification requested.
Technology-support inquiries should be sent to support@thoth.school. These may involve login issues, browser problems, file upload or download issues, course access, platform navigation, tool requirements, account security, or technical barriers to participation.
Include the course or activity involved, device type, browser, error message, screenshot where appropriate, and the time the problem occurred.
Provider-status and reviewer-related inquiries may be sent to reviewers@thoth.school. These may involve provider status, external examination routes, candidate registration, certification preparation, approved-center status, or formal provider relationships.
Thoth.School does not represent itself as approved, registered, endorsed, authorized, certified, affiliated, or partnered with any external provider unless such status has been formally granted and clearly stated. Provider-status questions should be reviewed together with the Provider Status & Disclaimers page.
External providers, examination boards, academic bodies, certification organizations, technology vendors, cloud providers, AI providers, cybersecurity bodies, and reviewers may contact reviewers@thoth.school regarding review readiness, public wording, pathway alignment, documentation, application processes, or potential formal relationships.
Review-related inquiries may request evidence such as public policies, pathway descriptions, safeguarding approach, technology requirements, learner-support information, quality controls, provider-status language, and governance documentation.
Schools, organizations, training providers, technology companies, education bodies, and partners may contact partnerships@thoth.school regarding possible collaboration, course development, technology education, professional programs, institutional review, or future partnership.
Partnership discussions are exploratory unless and until a written agreement or formal provider approval establishes specific rights, responsibilities, status, or commitments.
Thoth.School will aim to review appropriate inquiries and respond through a suitable route. Response time may depend on the nature of the inquiry, urgency, availability of information, safeguarding implications, privacy issues, technology complexity, or provider-related context.
Urgent safeguarding or safety concerns should not wait for ordinary response handling where emergency or child-protection authority support is needed.
Before contacting Thoth.School, visitors may wish to review the relevant public page, including Mission & Values, Leadership & Governance, Provider Status & Disclaimers, Parent & Guardian Information, Safeguarding & Child Protection, eSafety & Online Conduct, Privacy & Data Protection, Data Retention, Complaints Procedure, Copyright & Content Licensing, Academic Integrity & AI Use, Accessibility & Inclusion, Language Support, and Technology Requirements.
These pages explain many of the academy’s expectations and may answer common questions before contact is needed.
Thoth.School aims to communicate clearly, respectfully, and responsibly with learners, parents, guardians, reviewers, providers, partners, and stakeholders.
Clear contact routes support safe online learning, learner protection, accurate public information, provider-readiness, and continuous improvement.
