Purpose of This Page
The purpose of this page is to ensure that learners, parents, guardians, schools, organizations, partners, reviewers, and visitors understand the current provider-status position of Thoth.School. The academy is being developed as a responsible online technology education platform and must avoid public statements that could be misunderstood as formal approval, accreditation, endorsement, certification-provider status, partnership, or examination-center status unless such status has been formally granted.

Learning Pathways vs. Provider Approval
A learning pathway is not the same as provider approval. Thoth.School may develop or evaluate learning pathways that help learners build knowledge in areas related to recognized academic, technology, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, or professional skills frameworks. Such pathways may support preparation, awareness, skill development, or learner readiness.
Provider approval, school registration, approved-center status, authorized-training-provider status, examination-center status, certification-provider status, or formal partnership can only exist when the relevant external provider has granted that status. Academic Qualifications and Examination Arrangements

School-Age Learner and Parent/Guardian Clarity
For school-age learners, provider-status clarity is part of learner protection and parent/guardian transparency. Parents and guardians should be able to distinguish between Thoth.School’s online learning support and any separate external examination, qualification, school, center, provider, or certification process.
Thoth.School will aim to communicate clearly when a learner is participating in internal learning, external exam preparation, external certification preparation, partner-supported learning, or a pathway that requires separate provider registration or examination entry.
Future Provider Relationships
Thoth.School may seek, evaluate, or pursue external provider approvals, partnerships, registrations, academic relationships, training-provider relationships, examination routes, or certification-related arrangements in the future. Any such future status will be stated only after it has been formally granted.
Until then, Thoth.School’s public position remains clear: the academy may evaluate or prepare learning pathways aligned with external providers, but it does not claim formal provider status unless that status has been officially granted.
