Thoth.School is a global online technology education platform powered by InformaServ Inc., a U.S.-based technology services, systems integration, training, educational services, and entrepreneurial ecosystem development company operating since 1999.
Our Mission
The mission of Thoth.School is to prepare learners worldwide to become confident, responsible, reflective, innovative, and engaged users and creators of technology. The academy provides structured online learning pathways in ICT, Computer Science, digital literacy, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data, responsible innovation, and future technology entrepreneurship.
Thoth.School is designed to help learners progress from foundational digital capability to practical technology skill, responsible online behavior, and long-term readiness for advanced study, professional growth, and future innovation. For adult learners, the academy may also support professional development, business capability, entrepreneurship readiness, and InformaServ-powered learning pathways.

Thoth.School builds on InformaServ Inc.’s long-standing experience in professional education, technology consulting, systems integration, cloud architecture, AI, entrepreneurship training, ClubGo Global™ programs, Cool Company Club™ curricula, and global business-development models. This foundation gives the academy a technology-centered identity that extends beyond ordinary course delivery.
The academy is being developed as a controlled online learning environment with clear public policies, separated learner pathways, parent/guardian communication, safeguarding expectations, accessibility considerations, and responsible provider-status disclosures.

The academy is being developed around a complete technology pathway:
- Academic foundations: ICT, Computer Science, digital literacy, logical reasoning, and technology fundamentals.
- Practical technology skills: programming, productivity tools, cybersecurity, networking, databases, cloud platforms, AI tools, and digital collaboration.
- Responsible innovation: online safety, privacy, academic integrity, ethical technology use, and appropriate use of artificial intelligence.
- Professional progression: cloud, AI, cybersecurity, data, systems architecture, digital transformation, and technology project pathways.
- Adult entrepreneurship readiness: optional progression for eligible adult learners into professional, consulting, business-development, and entrepreneurship learning pathways.
Commitment to School-Age Learners
For school-age learners, Thoth.School maintains a clear separation between academic learning and adult professional or entrepreneurship programs. School-age provision is designed to be safeguarded, academically focused, age-appropriate, and supported by policies for online conduct, privacy, parent/guardian communication, accessibility, assessment, and learner support.
School-age learners are not placed into adult business-development activity, adult consulting activity, adult entrepreneurship networks, or adult professional collaboration spaces. Any entrepreneurship-related learning for younger learners is limited to age-appropriate concepts such as creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, ethical innovation, digital responsibility, and project design.
Quality and Continuous Improvement
Thoth.School is committed to continuous improvement in curriculum quality, teaching practice, learner support, online safety, accessibility, and educational outcomes. The academy will use learner progress data, assessment feedback, teacher review, parent/guardian input, quality review, and operational lessons learned to improve programs over time.
The academy’s public policies, pathway pages, learner information, and parent/guardian guidance are intended to support a transparent online learning environment. These materials will be reviewed periodically as programs mature, partnerships evolve, and formal provider or approval statuses are granted.
Provider Status and External Pathways
Thoth.School may evaluate or prepare learning pathways aligned with recognized academic, technology, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, digital-skills, or certification providers. The academy does not represent itself as approved, registered, endorsed, authorized, certified, affiliated, or partnered with any external provider unless such status has been formally granted.
Where external examinations, certifications, or provider requirements apply, learners and parents/guardians will be informed of the relevant registration route, provider status, examination arrangements, and learner responsibilities.
Shared Responsibility
Successful online learning depends on shared responsibility. Thoth.School provides structure, learning resources, policies, guidance, assessment, feedback, and support. Learners are responsible for effort, honesty, respectful behavior, and safe participation. Parents and guardians support routines, communication, wellbeing, and technology readiness for school-age learners.
