YMMVYMMV is an acronym for the term Your Mileage May Vary. The term was used originally for the fuel consumption of cars (among other uses), to indicate that the "official numbers given may not really be the ones you can reach on your own / in your special situation". Today, it is also occasionally used to mean that "your experience or opinion may be different than mine, but this is what I noticed". | ||
