Acronimo di Piano dell’Offerta Formativa. Documento con cui la singola istituzione scolastica rende nota la propria proposta formativa, tenendo conto delle aspettative sociali. In esso vengono descritte le scelte didattiche, culturali, tecniche e organizzative operate dalla scuola.


PAL

Planning for All Learners (PAL) is designed using the UDL (Universal Design for Learning) model. Providing a program that enables ALL students to have access to the curriculum based on multi faceted delivery modes. 


PAR method

To use for effective communication and getting your ideas across. 

Probe: learn about the other's perspective. What is he/she saying?

Align: find a link between your idea and your audience. What is the common ground?

Rise: give your argument supported by evidence. What do you want to say and why?


Paradigm

A way of viewing something according to preset criteria or assumptions such as scientific thought, societal expectations, experience etc. (or a combination of these). 


Paradigma

El concepto de paradigma (un vocablo que deriva del griego paradeigma) se utiliza en la vida cotidiana como sinónimo de “ejemplo” o para hacer referencia a algo que se toma como “modelo”. En principio, se tenía en cuenta a nivel gramatical (para definir su uso en un cierto contexto) y se valoraba desde la retórica (para hacer mención a una parábola o fábula). A partir de la década del ’60, los alcances de la noción se ampliaron y ‘paradigma’ comenzó a ser un término común en el vocabulario científico y en expresiones epistemológicas cuando se hacía necesario hablar de modelos o patrones.

Paretoprinzip oder 80/20 Regel

Nach diesem Prinzip werden 80 % der Ergebnisse wie z.B. in einem Projekt in 20 % der Zeit erreicht. Für die restlichen 20 % benötigt man dagegen 80 % der Zeit.
