The Office For Fair Access (UK) is a govermental group to oversee that Higher Education Institutions (HEI) work towards fair access into Higher Education. Widening Participation initiatives target disadvantaged groups and individuals who live in areas of low participation in Higher Education as demonstrated on POLAR 3 mapping of the UK.
